AMS Imports is on the crest of Victoria and Richard's "First Wave", the first collection of area rugs to hit the new scene. Victoria and Richard's debut in the rug world as independent from Mackenzie-Childs, Ltd., the design company the inimitable two founded. Now foot loose, Victoria and Richard have begun designing carpets that will fly! The First Wave is hand loomed in Peru in lush colors, reversible for a long ride and with all the luscious colors of nature's spray at the end of the day.

These double sided rugs feature a unique design on one side and colorful stripes on the back. They are made from luxurious 100% llama wool. Their creativity and finesse are backed full force in the liveliness of the colors and especially in the original designs of this new "First Wave" Collection. These designs that have never before been interpreted in rugs are fun and fresh for the rug marketplace. All rugs are handmade in Peru and are shipped in 12 - 15 weeks.
